Manager, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Canadian Commercial Banking
Purpose
This role supports the development of Business Intelligence and Analytics in Canadian Commercial Banking ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Accountabilities:
Supports performance management, Credit Risk and AML Compliance & business strategy execution:
- Designs and develops impactful business intelligence reports, including Sales Team Scorecards, sales activity insights, Credit Risk Compliance, Credit Adjudication process, AML Risk, Client Onboarding process and other portfolio management solutions using leading-edge business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Platform, Google Cloud)
- Empowers Sales teams and Business Banking leadership with interactive dashboards with comprehensive drill-down capabilities to measure and manage portfolio and business performance effectively
- Ensures data is complete, accurate, consistent, and available on a timely basis to support informed decision-making
- Good to have knowledge of credit adjudication process and AML risks for commercial clients
Provides business intelligence solutions and stakeholder support:
• Acts as a centre of excellence for Commercial Banking, working directly with all stakeholders to understand their needs, translate requirements and deliver best-in-class BI solutions
