As ourDirector of Supply Chain Operations & Engineering, you help shape the future of logistics while delivering innovative tech solutions to millions of Canadians. In this role, you’ll bring our vision, enriching lives through technology, to life by driving strategies and solutions that ensure timely, efficient product delivery to our customers.
What you will be doing:
- Leadsupply chain operations, theSupply Chain PMO, andDC/Network Engineeringteams.
- Identify and implementindustry best practicesandemerging technologiesto improve efficiency and meet evolving customer needs.
- Manage relationships andnegotiate contractswith third-party partners, including3PLs.
- Directoperational and transformational projectsacross transportation, fulfillment, and customer delivery.
- Oversee DC & network engineering oncontinuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma),space and labour optimization, anddata/P&L analysis.
- Leadlabour standards management,capacity planning,network forecasting,associate onboarding, andtechnology implementation.
- Manage the Supply ChainPMOto coordinate cross-functional initiatives and contingency planning.
- Partner with senior leaders/executives oninitiative prioritization,business case approvals, andstakeholder management.
What you must have:
- 5+ yearsof leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
- 5+ yearsleading, inspiring, and developing teams ofindustrial engineeringandanalyticsprofessionals.
- Provencontract negotiationskills and3PL vendor managementexperience.
- Strongdecision-makingandprioritizationskills; ability to lead through change and present confidently to senior leadership.
- Experience leading teams withLean Six SigmaandPMPexpertise.
Salary/Rate Range: $137-$160k CAD
