About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Consultant to join our growing enterprise applications team. This senior-level role focuses on leading the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions across various supply chain domains. You’ll play a key role in shaping business outcomes by designing, configuring, and deploying modules including Inventory, Product Management (PIM), Manufacturing, and Demand Planning.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver subject matter expertise for Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including but not limited to Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and Product Information Management.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate supply chain requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions, identifying potential gaps and proposing actionable solutions.
- Lead functional design sessions and contribute to solution architecture across supply chain workstreams.
- Configure Oracle Cloud applications to meet business process needs and ensure alignment with best practices and implementation standards.
- Manage the full project lifecycle activities for SCM workstreams, including documentation, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, resolve issues arising during test cycles, and support users during UAT phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional implementation teams and third-party partners to deliver a cohesive, integrated ERP solution.
- Ensure timely delivery of deliverables and actively manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
- Support post-go-live activities, troubleshoot functional issues, and drive continuous improvement within the implemented system.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience delivering Oracle ERP solutions, with a deep focus on Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
- Strong command of Oracle Cloud Demand Planning, PIM, Inventory, and Manufacturing functionalities.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools for Oracle Cloud.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on practical execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments.
- Fluency in both English and French is required.
- Based in or willing to travel to Quebec as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or higher).
