Lead HR Systems strategy across the employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, job changes, offboarding) to drive efficiency and compliance

Oversee the execution of mid-year and year-end compensation cycles and compensation forecasting/budgeting in close partnership with Finance and senior leadership

Craft and fine tune global benefits programs that align with business goals and drive employee retention

About You:

8–10+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus in HR operations, compensation, & systems in a global, high-growth environment

Proven experience leading and developing HR Operations or Total Rewards teams

Deep expertise in Workday, including Core HCM and Advanced Compensation modules

Strong knowledge of global employment compliance, HR governance, and policy development

Exceptional problem-solving and systems-thinking skills; able to navigate complexity and bring structure to ambiguity

Adept at analyzing and interpreting data to inform strategic decisions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executives

High attention to detail, with a process improvement mindset and ability to execute with consistency

Bachelor’s degree required; HR or business-related certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP) are a plus
