Territory Sales Manager – HVAC Equipment and Solutions sector

Our client, a well-known wholesale distributor supporting the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) sector in Canada, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join their BC sales team. This role involves working closely with contractor clients across the greater Kelowna market, primarily focusing on the ‘Residential Contractor’ segment.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, highly motivated individual with a strong drive, mechanical aptitude, and previous outside sales experience. You will oversee all sales activities in the Greater Kelowna territory. This position offers flexibility to work remotely or from a branch office, depending on what suits you best. Note: You must reside in the Greater Kelowna area to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and secure new contractor customers, focusing on Residential/Multifamily HVAC Contractors/Companies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including branch personnel and district resources.
- Source project sales opportunities to generate ongoing revenue.
- Promote value by building true partnerships within a competitive marketplace.
- Manage your territory strategically to maximize market presence and maintain relationships with existing clients while pursuing new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Mechanical inclination and technical aptitude, preferably with direct sales experience in HVAC, hydronics, or plumbing.
- 5+ years of outside sales or
