Position Summary
To assist in the leadership of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and department processes through partnership with the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager, ensuring high customer service levels and task completion.
What You’ll Do
- Providing excellent Customer Service: Greet customers politely, assist with product promotion, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and refer concerns appropriately.
- Assist in task coordination: Support the execution of priorities as communicated by the Assistant Manager and Store Management.
- Department presentation: Assess and improve the display and appearance of General Merchandise and Fashion Departments.
- Delegate and follow up: Support daily Customer Availability processes.
- Support scheduling: Assist with staff scheduling as needed.
- Assign associates: Support coverage and availability tasks across the store.
- Training and development: Participate in training of associates and provide feedback.
- Safety and cleanliness: Maintain a hazard-free environment, complete safety logs, and ensure fixtures are secure.
Minimum Qualifications
Age 16 or older.
