Reporting to the Manager, Risk, the Senior Risk Analyst is responsible for conducting risk analysis and completing due diligence to mitigate financial and other risk for the export portfolio business line in alignment with the enterprise risk management program. Interacting with multiple touchpoints in the organization, the role provides a large breath of experience and understanding of the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Conduct financial risk analyses of suppliers, foreign governments, and private sector customers; utilize available data, analytics, and insights e.g., credit agencies and financial institutions; identify opportunities and manage risks to support decision making
- Review, analyze, and assess foreign and domestic contracts, ensure clauses meet financial risk standards, provide input on conditions and tailored packages to mitigate and reduce exposure e.g., financing,
