Our Government Client is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and visual assets that support healthcare IT solutions. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in visual storytelling, healthcare data standards, and accessibility compliance.

Job Description:
Must Haves:
· 5+ years’ proficiency in visual storytelling and illustration tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, Figma)
· 5+ years’ understanding of health data interoperability standards (FHIR, SNOMED CT, LOINC)
· 5+ years’ experience designing AODA-compliant , accessible, and inclusive content
· 5+ years’ knowledge of FIPPA and PHIPA in healthcare IT contexts.
Responsibilities:
· Develop professional technical and user documentation, including systems and operational procedures.
· Create and maintain visual assets (infographics, flow diagrams, architecture maps, stakeholder visuals).
· Ensure all documentation aligns with AODA, branding, and language standards.
· Collaborate with architects, designers, and governance leads to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible formats.
· Produce briefing decks, dashboards, and stakeholder-facing reports for governance forums.
· Manage templates, version control, and publication using platforms like SharePoint, Confluence, or Git.
· Ensure documentation and visuals integrate with healthcare data interoperability standards.
