We are looking for experienced Freight Brokers/Freight Agents interested in a remote commission-based freight sales opportunity. Our Freight Agents have the freedom to be their own boss receiving high commission splits, mentoring and back office support.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of cradle to grave experience.
- Currently managing a book of business.
- Handle all operations and communication with customers and carriers cradle to grave.
- Manage, grow and diversify customer base.
- Professional collaboration and coordination with shippers, carriers and dispatchers.
- High percentage splits. (no waiting on the customer to pay Tallgrass Freight Company first)
- Back office support, i.e. Accounting, Finance, Credit, Coaching & Mentoring.
- No start up cost unless establishing an LLC for the first time.
- No non-compete or non-solicit.
- One stop CRM to handle all customers, carriers, and reporting.
- Access to over 60k+ carriers with fast set-up of new contract carriers.
- Free access to a customer lead database.
- Your shipments, carrier costs, customer costs as well as your commissions are fully visible.
- Reporting tools to effectively run your business.
