Work Location: 7000 – 113 ST, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada T6H 5T6 (Remote with occasional onsite meetings)

Scope of Work:
The Technology and Innovation team is seeking a Senior Application Developer to support and enhance applications used by Executive Council and Communications and Public Engagement. This includes both development and application maintenance support (AMS).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop applications using .NET C# and Oracle PL/SQL
Build both desktop and web interfaces
Design and manage SQL databases
Secure and harden new and existing applications
Analyze business/user requirements
Create technical documentation, ERD diagrams , and system design manuals
Perform unit testing and participate in QA
Conduct corrective, preventative, and adaptive maintenance
Participate in release and iteration planning
