Assistant Store Manager
Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and make a positive impact on many lives. You will assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on achieving individual and team standards to meet sales and profit goals, fostering an environment of total customer satisfaction, developing team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and participating in recruiting and selection processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for enforcing all Company policies and procedures and performing various operational and strategic duties.

Job Requirements :
- At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals, scanners, and basic computer software and hardware
- Ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule formats
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
A Sampling of our Total Rewards :
- Base pay ranging from $17.85 to $21.70 plus sales commission. Final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications
