The work:
- Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP.
- Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs.
- Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project).
- Give clients options for designs using prototypes. Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies.
- Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go. Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
- This role is in our local ATC (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week.
Here’s what you need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with ABAP Development in the context of implementation, application outsourcing (AMS) or transformation or 4 years of equivalent industry experience. You have hands-on experience with Fiori and UI5 (ODATA, CDS views, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
- Must be bilingual (English/French). English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US, and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement.

- You know everything there is to know about SAP ABAP processes
- You’ve developed applications within SAP Asset Management
- You can grasp a solution, talk about its business objective, and configure the solution and tools
- You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
- You have highly developed communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
