The primary function of this role is to provide subject matter expertise, analysis, and consultation on compensation programs, including base pay design, sales incentives, job evaluations, and incentive plans. The role collaborates closely with HR Business Partners to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing insights and analysis on compensation programs
  2. Conducting market benchmarking and assessments
  3. Supporting sales incentive plan administration
  4. Leading plan reviews and design
  5. Participating in job evaluations
  6. Analyzing compensation metrics and business intelligence

Qualifications required:

  • University degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in compensation
  • Experience with sales incentives, surveys, and HRIS systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Progress toward CCP or CHRP preferred; knowledge of Sales Incentive Management systems is a plus

Salary range: CAD $85,000 to $103,200 annually. This is a hybrid role based in Toronto or St. Catharines, with at least one day in the office per week.
