About The Role
As a key member of our litigation team, you will:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial disputes and litigation matters.
- Work closely with directors and senior lawyers on complex disputes in areas including construction, insolvency, shareholder and contractual disputes, and property litigation.
- Have direct client contact and autonomy in running files, while still receiving guidance and support when needed.
- Be part of a collaborative team culture that values innovation, efficiency, and client success.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- 3-5+ years PAE in commercial litigation (experience in construction disputes is highly regarded). Please note we are open to all experienced candidates from 3 years to 30 years of experience.
- Confident in managing files, drafting pleadings, and driving strong commercial outcomes.
- Strong time management and an ability to work independently.
- Commercially minded, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- A great communicator who builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
