Position: Traffic Control Manager / Field Operations Manager
Location: Community Traffic Control, Kelowna, BC (Hybrid)
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of Traffic Control Personnel (TCPs), providing guidance and support.
- Manage scheduling for both permanent and on-call staff; review and approve timesheets.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
- Oversee incident reporting, staff meetings, and safety briefings.
- Develop and implement Traffic Control Plans in compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
- Attend and contribute to on-site Safety Tailgate meetings.
- Monitor traffic conditions and respond to incidents with real-time strategy adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records, including project documentation, safety reports, and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
- Ensure staff compliance with training standards, safety protocols, traffic regulations, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with traffic control planners, project managers, contractors, and authorities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in traffic control industry.
- Valid Traffic Control Certification.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
