Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with teams, providing coaching and mentorship. Support employees through Optimus SBR’s Career Development Program (CDP)
- Champion change management, including process improvements, standard operating procedure updates, and training
- Own project management responsibilities, including planning, progress tracking, and stakeholder engagement
- Develop and execute solutions that create positive change in financial services
- Participate in proposal development and other sales support activities
- Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services
- Prior consulting and banking experience is a strong asset
- Business analysis and/or project management skills are an asset
- Experience leading teams and small-to-medium-sized projects with an emphasis on collaboration and coaching
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor others
- Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
- Problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for driving innovation and growth
Education Requirements
- Related University Degree
