Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate with teams, providing coaching and mentorship. Support employees through Optimus SBR’s Career Development Program (CDP)
  • Champion change management, including process improvements, standard operating procedure updates, and training
  • Own project management responsibilities, including planning, progress tracking, and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and execute solutions that create positive change in financial services
  • Participate in proposal development and other sales support activities
  • Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services
  • Prior consulting and banking experience is a strong asset
  • Business analysis and/or project management skills are an asset
  • Experience leading teams and small-to-medium-sized projects with an emphasis on collaboration and coaching
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor others
  • Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for driving innovation and growth

Education Requirements

  • Related University Degree
