Overview
As the Senior Director for Employee Experience (EX), you are an integral part of each market’s local Team, the Region EX business team and the Extended EX NA Team. The Senior Director will contribute to the local sales and marketing strategy, manage and expand large client relationships, and serve as strategic advisor to clients concerning all their EX-related issues; including Organization Insights & Change along with Communication & Engagement Solutions. You will contribute to the development of the local team and help drive the recruiting and talent development strategy. You’ll also be asked to contribute your thought leadership to the overall development of EX. Your team leadership and personal contributions will have impact on North America’s P&L as well as WTW’s global brand and market share.
Responsibilities
- Sales and marketing strategy: Lead and execute a business strategy to penetrate the market, introduce new clients to the firm and expand relationships with current clients. Partner with local and regional leaders and senior sellers across Health, Wealth and Careers and Corporate Risk & Broking to position the Employee Experience business to:
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell new products and services
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify, develop and close strategic sales opportunities
- Build relationships with internal and external sources to maximize the penetration of key target accounts
- People management and development: Develop and execute strategic staffing plans for each market, including recruiting, training, goal setting, performance management, employee engagement, and compensation/bonus strategies.
- Establish People Management team and ensure effective execution of performance and pay processes.
- Collaborate across regions, geographies, LOBs, and segments to pursue and deliver global opportunities.
- Client relationship management and delivery: Oversee delivery of WTW advisory, data, and technology solutions. Develop client strategies to deepen and broaden relationships, managing staff deployment for effective delivery.
- Ensure governance and work quality standards are maintained across all work.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of business experience, including team leadership
- Knowledge of Employee Insights, Organizational and HR Transformation, EX Strategy, and Change Management
- Exceptional client relationship skills
- Strong analytical skills for data synthesis and insights
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to generate deal flow
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within segments and geographies
- Business acumen to align client strategies with programs
- Self-starter in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
