This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance.

Job Description
Position Summary
The Finance Transformation team is seeking a skilled and professional Manager of Business Process and Change Management, also known as a Relationship Manager, to play a key role in Finance Transformation’s – People Soft General Ledger (PSGL) conversion project.
This individual will build the relationship with senior leaders and end-users to coach, direct, and prepare stakeholders throughout all stages of the GL conversion.
By working directly with end-users, the Relationship Manager will document current-state business processes, optimize and define future-state processes, and provide critical, high-touch support—including effective communications and tailored end-user training—to colleagues transitioning to the Enterprise GL.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Documentation & Optimization : Work hands-on with end-users to document current business processes and re-engineer them for efficiency and effectiveness in the future state.
Collaboration with Platform and Technology : Partner with Platform and Technology (P&T) teams to articulate, document, and validate business requirements that drive solution design and delivery.
High Touch Support : Acting as a conduit between P&T and the business, the relationship manager will bring the business context to the end-users and ensure the messaging is directed specifically to their respective roles.
Change Management & End-User Support : Prepare and support colleagues for the system conversion by providing coaching, direction, and facilitation throughout the transition period.
Workshop & Meeting Facilitation : Organize and lead workshops, meetings, and tool demonstrations to ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and prepared for upcoming changes.
Documentation and Support : Collaborate proactively with end-users to review and update auxiliary support tools—such as End-User-Computing, Standard Operating Procedures, and working spreadsheets—ensuring alignment with new processes and maximizing operational efficiency.
Testing Facilitation and Validation : Support users in defining test cases, coordinate and facilitate user testing activities, lead parallel run testing, and validate results to ensure readiness for go-live.
Leadership Sign-Off : Guide stakeholders through the final readiness phase and secure sign-off from leadership that affirms organizational preparedness for go-live.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA / CPA is an asset.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on change management and process improvement.
- Proven track record of successfully leading finance transformation initiatives.
- Extensive experience with ERP systems and their implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
