We are seeking a Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Functional Consultant to implement and configure OTL as part of enterprise-wide project and finance transformation. The role ensures accurate employee/contractor project tracking integrated with Oracle PPM Cloud, while supporting compliance and process efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle OTL Cloud .
- Collaborate with PPM and HCM stakeholders to define time tracking policies.
- Configure OTL components including:
- Time entry and approval rules
- Timecard layouts and categories
- Assignment of resources to projects
- Integration with Oracle PPM
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational labor policies.
- Support UAT, training, documentation, and go-live readiness.
- Provide post-go-live stabilization and functional guidance.
- 5+ years of implementation experience in Core HR and OTL (OTL mandatory).
- Experience integrating OTL with PPM .
- Full project life cycle experience (requirements gathering, design, UAT, deployment).
- Deep knowledge of time collection rules, payroll/time policies, BPM workflows, and OTL approvals .
- Ability to configure timecard layouts, profiles, and assignment rules .
Preferred Skills
- Oracle Cloud Certification in Time and Labor .
- Experience integrating OTL with Project Costing or Payroll .
- Familiarity with HCM Core and Absence Management .
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
