About the Role
As Instantly Partners Program Lead , you’ll help grow own the growth of our Agency program end-to-end working in sync with our AM team and the other departments at Instantly. Your mission is to design and scale a tiered partner program, drive agency revenue growth, and make agencies a compounding channel of ARR for Instantly.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Marketing, and the AM team — carving out clear responsibilities so AMs stay focused on retention, while you focus on growth, upsells, and enabling agencies to become power partners .
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Experts/Certified Partners Program
- Build and launch a tiered Experts program that excites and motivates Agencies and Experts
- Define success criteria for each tier (ARR sourced, client volume, retention, etc.).
- Manage visibility, co-branding, and benefits (Marketplace listings, spotlighting agencies).
- Activating and onboarding revenue-producing partners alongside the AM team
- Structuring incentives and co-marketing
- Building repeatable frameworks for referral growth
Agency Revenue Growth
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within agency accounts.
- Drive referrals and co-marketing initiatives (case studies, joint webinars, campaigns).
- Enable agencies to win more clients with Instantly as their backbone.
Partner Success & Enablement
- Provide resources, playbooks, and unblocking support for high-potential agencies.
- Establish retention levers via success paths that encourage agencies to climb tiers.
- Formalize a feedback loop with AMs to share insights without overlap.
Internal Alignment
- Work closely with Partnerships and to align agency ARR with broader partner revenue goals.
- Coordinate with AM leadership to ensure clear role boundaries and support the AM team to ensure a seamless client and partner experience
- Report on net new Partner ARR sourced specifically from agencies.
What We’re Looking For (You Are)
- Proven operator with experience building or scaling partner/agency programs (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Growth mindset: you’ve driven measurable ARR through agencies, partners, or ecosystems.
- Structured thinker who can design tiering frameworks, incentives, and co-marketing motions.
- Builder mentality — not afraid to roll up your sleeves, launch V1 fast, and iterate.
- Strong communicator who can align with AMs, partnerships, and marketing without stepping on toes.
- Thrives in autonomy and ownership — executing without waiting for permission.
KPIs / Success Metrics
- Net new ARR sourced from agencies
- Upsell/expansion ARR from agency accounts
- % of agencies advancing tiers (e.g. Gold → Platinum)
- Retention rate of top-tier agencies
- Number and impact of co-marketing campaigns launched
Performance Expectations (First 30 Days)
- Map the current agency landscape with AM team → clarify overlaps/differences.
- Draft and socialize V1 Experts Program tiering framework.
- Pilot program with a small set of agencies to validate benefits + criteria.
- Align reporting into Partnerships → Net new Partner ARR from agencies.
- Launch at least one co-marketing initiative with an agency.

You’ve just been hired as Instantly Partners Program Lead at Instantly. Your first mandate is to design a world class tiered program for agencies.
In your video, walk us through:
- How would you segment agencies into tiers/what different programs would you create (e.g., Gold/Silver/Platinum)?
- What criteria would you use (ARR, client volume, retention, etc.)?
- How would you create a pathway that is truly motivating for each agency (a program that they are proud to be part of and walk up each day excited to serve their clients using Instantly and work with our team)
- How would you use AI to ramp yourself and put this in motion in 30 days or less
Agency Value & Incentives:
- What benefits would you give agencies in each tier (visibility, co-branding, Marketplace listings, co-marketing)?
- How would you motivate agencies/experts to move up tiers?
Growth Motion:
- How would you help agencies bring in more clients using Instantly (e.g., upsells, referrals, case studies)?
- Give 1–2 examples of co-marketing campaigns you’d launch with top agencies.
Reporting & ARR Tracking:
- How would you measure net new Partner ARR sourced from agencies?
- What KPIs would you track weekly/monthly to show success?
