Key responsibilities and duties:

On-site Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide on-site technical assistance to customers and dealers for resolving complex or unresolved issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
·
Dealer Training & Major Fault Resolution:
- Conduct service training for European dealers and support them in handling major technical failures.
- Assist in making training materials and courses
·
Establishment of Local Aftersales Procedures:
- Assist in developing and implementing local service & parts management processes and operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
·
Cross-Region Support & Communication:
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align on technical updates, product improvements, and service strategies.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in after-sales service, technical support, or maintenance, preferably in the construction equipment, machinery, or automotive sectors.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service manuals, ability to analyse and solve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset, ability to handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Flexible to work additional hours when required
- Fluent in German and Proficient in English
