Job Description
The Kraft Heinz Trainee Program is designed to develop future leaders of Kraft Heinz. This program is for high-performing, ambitious, and creative individuals ready to lead in the food and beverage industry. Trainees will understand our business, collaborate across functions, and learn how to build their legacy at Kraft Heinz.
Program Details:
- Ten-month leadership development including onboarding, project rotations, leadership and professional development, and transition support.
- Onboarding: 2-4 weeks immersive experience.
- Rotations: Two 4-month projects across various business functions.
- Leadership Development: One week based on WIN principles.
- Transition: One week for celebration and career planning.
- Post-program: Placement into a full-time role.
Participants will meet senior leaders, receive mentorship, collaborate internationally, and engage in curated learning experiences.
Program start date: July 13th, 2026.

Candidate Profile:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, expecting to graduate between December 2025 and June 2026.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: CAD 76,500 annually.

Location & International Opportunities:
Based in Toronto, with opportunities to visit Chicago, IL, for onboarding, leadership week, and meetings with U.S. leadership. Final placements are based on preferences and business needs.
