Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through analytical skills, facilitate installations, implementations, maintenance, education, and documentation in support of customer environments.
- Communicate effectively with clients at both technical and management levels, working in a team environment and managing multiple tasks with flexibility.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites in India and abroad.
- Take ownership of customer-reported network issues, aiding in quick service restoration and problem resolution.
- Reproduce customer issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Support Service Managers with high-profile technical escalations.
- Develop and maintain troubleshooting skills across Check Point products and industry-standard technologies.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in a TAC environment, including roles like TAM, Hi-Touch Support, or CFTS Engineer handling
