What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Drive innovative solutions and digital transformation for government clients
– Consult with customers to understand their needs and promote the value of the Now Platform
– Architect and develop application prototypes and Proof of Concepts on the ServiceNow platform
– Conduct technical workshops and enablement sessions for clients and internal teams
– Serve as a subject matter expert during executive briefings and marketing events
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum of 5 years of experience as a solution consultant or architect
– At least 3 years of experience architecting and delivering complex solutions on the Now Platform or similar platforms
– Experience working with US Public Sector customers
– US Citizenship required; TS/SCI clearance is a plus for some roles
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with executive-level presentation experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
– Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and libraries/frameworks such as AngularJS and Bootstrap
– Experience with Big Data, IoT, and other emerging technologies
– Strong people development skills, including coaching and mentoring
– Ability to quickly learn new technologies through instruction and self-training
