Role Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, accessible, high-performance front-end components within the AEM platform.
- Work with AEM templates, components, dialogs, and client libraries.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
- Support content authors by resolving reported issues.
- Maintain and enhance existing AEM websites and components.
- Stay updated with front-end and AEM development best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
- 8+ years of front-end development experience, with 1–2 years working with Adobe Experience Manager (6.4+).
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Proficiency with JS build tools like Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, and task runners such as Gulp or Grunt.
- Hands-on experience with the ui.frontend module in AEM.
- Experience with AEM Sites, Templates, Components, ClientLibs, and Sightly (HTL).
- Familiarity with AEM authoring workflows and environment.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with JCR API, OSGi, Apache Sling, Maven, bash scripting, and Groovy scripts.
