Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for requests and incidents related to hardware and software, escalated from the Service Desk.
- Support hardware includes desktops, laptops, workstations, peripherals, printers, scanners, projectors, and mobile devices.
- Configure and set up various equipment and software, including MS Office language settings, printers, network storage, and specialized applications.
- Document support activities and resolutions in ServiceNow.
- Deploy hardware and software for supported locations as per requests.
- Build and configure new PC images, manage inventory, and track equipment in Active Directory.
- Ship and receive computer devices.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma with MCSA or MCSE certification.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Vista, Windows 7).
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual in French is an asset.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment.
- Willingness to travel to other Samuel sites.
