Job Description
As a Cross Functional Process Analyst , conduct research, analysis, and reporting on operational and service issues. Lead critical projects and initiatives to improve policies, processes, products, and services, supporting management decision-making through analytics and reporting. Facilitate policy and process implementation to meet objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop technology solutions for the Middle Office, transforming it into a data-driven area.
- Analyze large data sets to extract insights and create reports.
- Maintain performance monitoring reports supporting business objectives.
- Collaborate with Middle Office teams to develop leverage solutions.
- Create key metric reports for Middle Office.
- Support onboarding and scaling of developed solutions.
- Identify opportunities for technology and automation improvements.
- Communicate insights effectively to internal teams.
- Maintain business documentation.
- Promote risk management and control culture.
- Foster team ownership and commitment.
Qualifications
- Experience with applications like Python, UiPath, Tableau, and project management tools like Jira, Confluence.
- Knowledge of data governance, enterprise data policies, and data lifecycle management.
- Skills in data analysis, reporting, and scripting (Python).
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently, lead projects, and prioritize tasks.
Education/Experience
- Undergraduate degree.
- 3-5+ years relevant experience or equivalent certifications.
