What will your typical day look like?

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex Anaplan solutions, ensuring alignment with clients’ strategic objectives and business requirements.
• Collaborate with senior clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Anaplan models and solutions.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated Anaplan models, dashboards, and reports to support clients’ planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Provide technical and functionnal leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients and internal teams on Anaplan capabilities, advanced features, and best practices.
• Perform data integration and validation tasks to ensure data accuracy and consistency within Anaplan models.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Anaplan models and integrations, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Stay current with Anaplan updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously enhance solution offerings and drive innovation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope and on time.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and implementing Anaplan solutions, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder and Anaplan Certified Solution Architect certifications are highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Proficiency in data integration techniques and tools, including ETL processes and APIs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet client and project requirements.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $97,000 – $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
