Position Overview
The Application Engineer, Finance & Tax Systems will provide functional and technical expertise to support the design and development of D365 FnO, and other integrated systems. The Functional Engineer is responsible for configuration and solution design of application modules specific to different business areas by aligning system processes with business requirements. This individual will collaborate with internal and third-party developers and partners. The engineer will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to map requests using the capabilities of the D365 F&O system and solution for system gaps. Recommendations made by this position result in changes in methods, processes, system configurations, and operating procedures. Additionally, the engineer will design systems and create functional technical design documents that allow for data sharing across the organization; design which is proven or validated by testing and post implementation reviews.

- Lead system solution design and configurations for various Finance and D365 F&O system processes within the D365 Finance areas and modules: Legal Entity, Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash and
