The Area Sales Director is responsible for leading & managing a high-performing regional sales team to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance customer engagement within the aesthetics industry. This role requires fluency in both French & English to effectively support clients and team members across bilingual markets. The Director will develop and execute strategic sales plans, provide coaching and mentorship to team members, & foster a results-driven, collaborative culture. A key focus of this role is ensuring alignment with corporate objectives while building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, clinics, and aesthetic professionals.
