The Spa at Club Med offers unique experiences, collaborating with renowned brands such as Sothys, Cinq Mondes, Comfort Zone, Mandara Spa, Payot, and l’Occitane. You will be trained in treatment protocols and product sales, earning recognized certificates that enhance your professional profile.
We are looking for candidates who are:

- Challengers and performers, eager to develop the Spa’s turnover and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing professionally through training on protocols from brands like Sothys, Cinq Mondes, or Payot.
- Assisting the Spa Manager with organization and management of the spa.
- Welcoming clients and organizing treatment schedules.
- Promoting and selling treatments and beauty products to grow the Spa’s revenue.
- Performing various beauty massages (Californian, Ayurvedic, hot stones, Balinese) following brand procedures.
- Ensuring service quality, client satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Monitoring the training level of the spa team.
- Adhering to Club Med standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Promoting your activities within the resort.
