Assistant Store Manager:
You will be the Lovisa ambassador and lead your team by example. Sharing sales techniques and achieving your store’s KPIs. If you see yourself as a great leader and want to climb the retail ladder, then this is the role for you!

Lovisa was created out of a need for on-trend fashion jewelry at ready-to-wear prices. Our trend spotting departments worldwide take inspiration from couture runways and current street style to deliver new, must-have styles to our customers.
We are a fashion-forward jewelry brand that caters to every woman, with 150 new styles delivered to stores each week. We emphasize exceptional customer service and uphold our core belief, “It’s about the customer, always.”
Established in Australia, Lovisa launched its first store in 2010. What we are looking for!
– Experienced Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager with a background in creating a team environment, coaching, developing, and motivating your team to deliver results.
– A caring leader who builds great relationships with your team.
– A strong desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
– Experience in delivering and driving targets (KPIs).
To be successful in this role you will have:
– Open availability during the retail work week.
– Must be 18 years or older.
– Store management experience in retail or hospitality.
– Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
– Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance management.
– Excellent planning and organizational skills.
– A proven track record of delivering results.
– Exceptional communication skills.
– Passion for retail and fashion!
