- Proven results in a high-driven sales environment with an understanding of KPIs
- Confidence in overseeing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to manage multiple client relationships
- Effective coaching skills to enhance team performance and foster a motivated store culture
- A commitment to delivering outstanding experiences for customers and team members
