The Role:
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager at our CF Promenades St-Bruno location for a temporary contract. Join our growing team to deliver excellent customer experiences and foster team development. The role involves operational tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and employee performance evaluation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service through coaching and motivation while driving sales.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by possessing thorough product knowledge.
- Train and develop a team focused on delivering exceptional experiences to our community.
- Achieve business results and key KPIs.
- Meet sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational standards.
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and leadership.
- Stay informed on product trends and share expertise to meet customer needs.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Support key initiatives in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Proactively grow the business through community outreach.
- Prioritize culture, personal growth, and self-awareness in all actions.
- Provide exceptional experiences consistently, sharing our products passionately with the community.
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
- Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
- Experience in supervising, training, and coaching sales staff.
- Confidence in engaging customers and delivering elevated experiences.
- Enthusiasm for achieving results through customer interactions and athletic products.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and financial skills.
- Adaptability in a dynamic omni-channel retail environment.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
