Associate Dentist – Bearbrook Dental (Ottawa, ON)

Bearbrook Dental is seeking a confident Associate Dentist to join a long-standing, community-trusted clinic in Ottawa’s east end. With a well-established patient base, skilled support team, and strong mentorship from Dr. Danic, this is a unique opportunity to take over a productive schedule. Ideal for early-career providers with drive —or experienced dentists seeking structured growth.
Position Highlights:
Schedule:

Monday 8am – 4pm & Friday 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Opportunity to add a third weekday)

DDS schedule booked ~1 month in advance
Clinic Setup:

5 operatories total
-
3 chairs dedicated to the associate
-
2 full-time hygienists
Mentorship & Transition Support:
Dr. Danic is committed to providing collaborative mentorship and open case discussions as part of a gradual transition plan. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced clinical and administrative team—many of whom have been with the practice for over two decades—creating a stable, supportive environment for a confident associate to take the lead and grow into a long-term role.

About You:

Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

Valid CPR certification
