About The Role
The Associate Director Loan Syndications is a key role within our Capital Markets division, responsible for the structuring, pricing, execution, and distribution of syndicated loan transactions for our corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit analysis and deal execution. You will play a pivotal role in leading high-profile transactions and contributing directly to the team’s success and market presence.
Accountabilities
Transaction Structuring
- Collaborate with Corporate bankers and Investment Banking teams to assist in the origination of new syndication opportunities.
- Lead the due diligence process, conduct in-depth credit analysis, and develop complex financial models to support financing structures.
- Structure and price syndicated loan facilities to meet client needs while optimizing for successful syndication and market reception.
Execution & Syndication
- Lead the preparation of high-quality marketing materials, including Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), lender presentations, and financial models for potential investors.
- Develop and execute syndication strategies, identifying and engaging with potential syndicate partners.
- Manage the “book-building” process, track lender interest, and provide strategic recommendations on allocation and pricing.
