We are hiring an Associate Director, People & Culture to support key people functions across the organization. This role will focus on recruitment and onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, policy and employment standards, and operational support across all team member touchpoints. You will help us build efficient, people-first processes using LEAN principles and innovative technologies, and contribute to shaping a consistent, supportive, and forward-thinking culture.
