Terms of Employment:
- Full-time.
- 40 hours per week.

Compensation: $150,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year, to be determined based on candidate experience. Non-guaranteed discretionary annual bonus (10% target).

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own apparel buying & product strategy for all Retail stores to champion Reformation’s mission of “sustainable fashion for everyone”
- Re-imagine, ideate, define and lead strategic long term vision across the organisation while supporting direct reports in defining short and long term strategies within their departments
- Drive gross and net sales targets while maintaining inventory productivity targets (WOS levels) and end of season ST%
- Partner closely with global merchandising central team to ensure supporting wider company strategies, key items and marketing initiatives
- Partner with planning on OTB management, developing sales, margin, & inventory productivity targets in partnership with HQ, both pre-season and in-season
- Ensure the correct category mix and sales opportunities by store by analyzing sales to stock productivity
- Deliver the appropriate depth and breadth by store, analyzing historical sales and store capacity
- Stay close to market needs, competitive landscape and tailor product assortments to each store / market
- Curate assortment by store, creating local offering to support product initiatives, ensuring appropriate inventory levels to maximize sales & sell through
- Lead weekly & monthly market performance review meetings, communicating key takeaways & action items to relevant teams
- Actively communicate, advocate and influence HQ Merchandising team by providing feedback and outlining retail needs
Job Requirements:
Minimum Education:

Bachelors degree in fashion management or a related field
Work Experience & Skills:
- 8+ years of merchandising and buying experience within Womens Apparel
- 8+ years of managing a team
- Experience with international brands and global markets
- On-the-ground experience in UK and Canada with cross-border team collaboration
- Proven success driving product strategy and sales growth
- Advanced data analysis & analytical skills using Looker and Google Workspace
- Skilled in Centric PLM and cross-functional collaboration
- Advanced knowledge of OTB management and financial modeling
- Key partner to department head and leadership team
- Strategic manager of large part of the business and team
