About The Team
Our Process Managers work across various areas such as Fraud, Customer Acquisitions, Payments, and more, ensuring we meet our customer promises and solve complex problems. You’ll be part of a talented team focused on creating and improving processes to deliver excellence.
About The Role
As a new Process Manager, you’ll join the Process Manager Development Program (PMDP), which includes hands-on training, Lean/Green Belt methodologies across two projects, and presentations to senior leaders. You’ll also participate in social networking events and connect with other Process Managers.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage process improvements by defining and implementing agendas, driving efficiencies, and using data to enhance customer experiences.
- Collaborate with departments like our software studio and data science team to develop efficient processes.
- Apply leadership skills such as communication and change management to support product launches, technology changes, and ongoing improvements.
- Use tools like Visual Management, Business Process Management, Lean, and Six Sigma to define and improve processes.
- Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements and is kept up-to-date.
- Develop quality assurance routines and monitor process performance.
Qualifications
Basic: Students graduating in 2026 with an undergraduate or Master’s degree from an accredited university.
Preferred: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma; experience with coding/data visualization (SQL, Tableau); team collaboration; bilingual in English and French is a plus.
