Responsibilities:
- Research various U.S. cross-boarder tax related issues and conclude on their potential implications
- Collect and analyze relevant financial and tax data, Identify issues and errors, and investigate discrepancies
- Coordinate with the IRS and state authorities, assist in preparation of election forms
- Collaborate with engagement teams to plan timelines, risk assessments, and other documents

Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of U.S. public accounting tax experience
- You have completed or are pursuing your Canadian or U.S. professional accounting designation (CPA)
- Excellent client service skills with the ability to understand the clients business
- Strong strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills
- Experience communicating complex tax matter both written and verbally
- U.S. personal, trust, estate, and gift tax experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate federal and state income tax compliance
- Highly motivated individual with a desire to grow
