Becoming an Associate Wealth Advisor with CC&L Private Capital may be the only career move you ever need to make. Join one of Canada’s largest independent and privately held discretionary investment managers, and help clients achieve their unique financial goals while providing exemplary service.

As an Associate Wealth Advisor, you will represent a firm with an incredibly strong reputation and a pension-calibre investment offering that is innovative and evolving with the needs of clients and market opportunities. A four-year path to Wealth Advisor

An Associate Wealth Advisor will work alongside an experienced CC&L Private Capital Wealth Advisor for an initial four-year period. During the first year of this mentorship, the Associate Wealth Advisor will be assigned client households to manage, while building relationships and a deep understanding as the independent service of each relationship increases. After the first year, the mentoring Wealth Advisor will assign up to 50 households to the Associate Wealth Advisor.

After the four-year mentorship, a decision will be made jointly by the senior Wealth Advisor and the Associate Wealth Advisor to either advance the Associate Wealth Advisor to Wealth Advisor status or for the Associate Wealth Advisor to recommit to another four-year mentorship. Wealth Advisors have the opportunity to become owners of our business.

Competitive compensation

Associate Wealth Advisor compensation is salary plus bonus structure for four years.
