We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Data Architect to design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable, and high-performance data solutions in the Azure cloud environment. This role will collaborate closely with Architecture, Applications, and Security teams to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure Azure data solutions using Azure Synapse , Microsoft Fabric , ADF , Databricks , Azure SQL , and Power BI .
- Build and maintain data pipelines , Lakehouse architectures , and ETL/ELT workflows .
- Model data to support both operational and analytical needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership , mentoring, and best practices for data engineering teams.
- Ensure data governance , security , and performance compliance.
- Stay updated on Azure and Fabric innovations; drive adoption of new tools and practices.
- Maintain documentation and support optimization of data platforms.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in IT, 2+ years as Azure Data Architect.
- Strong in data modeling , data warehousing , data governance , and pipeline design .
- Familiar with CI/CD , DevOps , and KQL .
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
