Summary
The Boutique Manager is responsible for the overall management of the boutique, including associates, merchandise, and customer service. The role involves achieving sales objectives, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, building motivated teams, and developing the sales team.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement boutique business plans, including marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership and foster a positive team environment.
  • Motivate and coach the sales team to meet sales and productivity goals.
  • Manage clienteling functions and ensure product knowledge among sales associates.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop store employees.
  • Conduct annual reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and manage store operations effectively.
  • Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French.
  • 4-7 years of experience in luxury retail, with 1-2 years of management experience.
  • Previous experience in high-end watch sales preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and work in a team environment.
  • Computer proficiency required.
