Base pay range
CA$70,000.00/yr – CA$90,000.00/yr

-University graduate, MBA or post graduate
-3-5 years of work experience gained within various commercial and marketing functions (looking at companies in heavily-focused marketing industries)
-Commercial experience with key customers, vendors and partners
-Experience developing and implementing marketing plans
Brand Strategy & Portfolio Planning – Support the development of strategic direction for the product portfolio in partnership with key stakeholders. Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and align cross-functional teams (creative, media, PR, trade) to deliver impactful plans in collaboration with local, global, and agency partners.
Brand Communication & PR – Oversee media planning and execution in line with global guidelines. Coordinate creative and media teams to deliver high-quality campaigns, assets, and activations. Partner with PR teams to develop innovative, brand-building initiatives.
Brand Experiences & Activations – Lead BTL and trade activation planning, ensuring creative, engaging, and commercially effective programs that drive volume and consumer engagement.
Innovation – Identify and assess new product opportunities, manage cross-team alignment, and coordinate the full innovation process from concept to market launch.
