Consulting engineering company is looking for its future experienced building mechanics director.
What will your daily life be like?
- Management of the department as a whole:
- Manage the department’s human, material, budgetary and software resources.
- Participate in the strategic development of the department.
- HR/Recruitment/Performance appraisal.
- Monitor and develop resource efficiency when carrying out projects.
- Technical development, innovation, BIM.
- Monitor department projects: Quality, Performance/efficiency, Choice and technical orientations.
- Support business development, participate in the drafting of service offers.
- Maintain and develop relationships with our partners in complementary disciplines.
Participate in mandates as project manager:
- Carry out assessments of existing mechanical installations.
- Meet customers and define the mechanical needs of a project.
- Design plans and quotes for the different mechanical systems.
- Make budget estimates.
