Description:

In this role, you will provide critical business analysis support, ensuring robust solutions aligned with business needs, scalability, and efficiency. You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager to drive process improvements, manage dependencies, and provide data-driven insights to inform product decisions. Your expertise will be vital in translating business requirements into actionable product specifications, supporting the product lifecycle, and ensuring the successful implementation and evolution of our key corporate systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and needs related to FMS, HCMS, and the Data Analytics Platform.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Assist the Senior Product Manager in evaluating and improving product management processes, supporting CI and agile/lean practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and tool enhancements to improve team efficiency and scalability.
  • Support the development and implementation of the product roadmap and strategy.
  • Identify and document dependencies between product team deliverables and other organizational functions.
  • Facilitate communication between product teams, stakeholders, and the PMO to manage dependencies effectively.
  • Support stakeholder management activities, ensuring clear communication of product vision and requirements.
  • Collect and analyze relevant customer, financial, and product data to support decision-making.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Support the definition and tracking of OKRs and KPIs for product performance measurement.
  • Assist in release planning and coordination for corporate applications.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of product backlogs, ensuring proper prioritization of features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of new features and updates.
  • Research and analyze market and technology trends relevant to corporate applications.
  • Provide insights to the Senior Product Manager to inform product strategy and innovation opportunities.
  • Support the evaluation of new tools and technologies that could benefit the product team and improve processes.

Required Skills:

  • 7-10 years’ experience in business analysis within enterprise software implementations, with demonstrated success in translating complex business requirements into actionable product specifications and user stories, particularly in financial management systems, HR systems, or data analytics platforms.
  • 5+ years’ experience supporting product management processes and agile methodologies, including process optimization, backlog management, and CI/CD practices, with proven ability to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting in-depth business process analysis, producing functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Experience in the end-to-end process of managing and responding to RFP(B, S)s, including analyzing requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission.

General Skills:

  • Strong capability in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into technical requirements, particularly for financial, HR, and data analytics systems.
  • Experience in supporting product management activities, including roadmap development and backlog management.

  • Familiarity with change management principles in the context of system implementations.
  • Knowledge of BI tools and their application in corporate environments.
  • Understanding of public sector procurement processes and regulations.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and system architecture concepts.
  • Track record of supporting product roadmap development and strategy implementation within enterprise technology environments, with experience in public sector or regulated industries.
