How You’ll Make An Impact
As a Business Analyst for Fidelity Canada within the IS Department, you will be assigned cross-organizational projects and responsible for business requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation. You will assist with project scope estimation, planning, requirements prioritization, and methodological approach selection. You will act as a liaison between business units and IS teams, translating business and technical requirements. Additionally, you will support development and QA teams through design and testing phases and coordinate Business Readiness activities.

What We Are Looking For
- Completed college degree (3-year program) or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience in the mutual fund operations industry
- Experience with data migration projects (databases, applications, platforms)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is an asset
- Fundserv knowledge is an asset
- Experience working within an Agile framework/Scrum team is an asset
- IIBA or Business Analysis certification, CSM & CSPO are assets
The Expertise You Bring
- Experience with SDLC, analyzing requirements, liaising with stakeholders, leading elicitation sessions, and developing solutions
- Familiarity with BABOK methodology and Business Analysis Best Practices
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to self-manage, multitask, and conduct effective meetings with stakeholders and teams
Current work authorization for Canada is required.
