Job Title: Business Partner, Aesthetics
Job Description:
The Business Partner, Aesthetics promotes Galderma’s Aesthetics portfolio to physicians and medical professionals, creating product demand within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products within a defined geography, increasing sales and market share through promotional activities.
- Utilize effective direct selling techniques and market strategies.
- Develop and coordinate physician training, practice enhancement in-services, and open houses.
- Provide technical product and procedure expertise.
- Handle customer and patient inquiries according to company standards, collaborating with relevant departments.
- Implement marketing strategies and perform administrative tasks.
- Maintain relationships with healthcare providers and represent Galderma at trade shows and meetings.
- Participate in sales meetings and conferences.
- Demonstrate integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Perform other duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in dermatology, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
- Proven success in sales and leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in transactional or direct selling.
- High performance and aptitude for learning.
- Customer service orientation and business acumen.
- Knowledge of the local market is preferred.
- Ability to travel within the territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and bilingual in French.
