Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business System Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably in the banking domain. Candidates who are Citizens or Chinese nationals are highly encouraged to apply as the client is actively promoting diversity in the workplace.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst
- Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and business analysis methodologies
- Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FRD, Use Cases, Process Flows)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Prior experience working in Banking or Financial Services domain is a plus
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
