We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a large-scale Payments Modernization initiative. The successful candidate will work within an Agile Scrum team to gather, document, and manage business requirements, translate them into actionable specifications, support testing efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate within a Scrum team to convert business requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.

Facilitate refinement sessions and ensure development teams fully understand requirements.

Write, plan, and execute test scenarios; coordinate and support user acceptance testing.

Maintain process, procedure, and training documentation.

Analyze and validate solutions for complex business problems.

Identify and recommend improvements to business processes and system capabilities.

Participate in the Business Analysis Community of Practice to share knowledge and best practices.

Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance on relevant projects.
Required Skills & Experience

University degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce, computer science, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years experience developing business requirements and delivering business systems analysis for large IT-enabled projects.

Minimum 3 years experience in an Agile environment as a business analyst.

Strong facilitation skills for meetings and workshops.

Demonstrated adaptability to change and ability to work with diverse stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
